Design concept renders for a
new café opening in Montreal, QC
We were pleased to develop the preliminary design concept renders for a proposed café shop at 5526 Monkland Ave, Montreal, QC. The reproduced design ideas took inspiration from local architectural vernacular featuring home architectural features typical of the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce neighborhood.
The interiors boast architectural antique elements embedded into the design, among which are backlit antique windows / garden whitewash pots, a dynamic mix of moldings and patterns, hanging plants, bold vegetation wall coverings, hand written window messages and graphics.
This was a labor of love from all the people involved in the project, from the contractor to the designer to us, the rendering team – everyone came together to preserve the charm of the old building and deliver the exceptional specialty coffee & customer experiences this café chain is so popularly known for.
