Buzzy mixed-use hub reveals a
high-end Mediterranean restaurant in Houston, TX
Allen Parkway’s next massive mixed-use development in Houston, TX has revealed the two new restaurants that will anchor its retail offerings. Here at DEGO we were fortunate to create renderings for one of the new additions – Meduza Mediterrania. Both establishments will occupy prime locations in The Pavilion at The Allen, part of a six-acre, $500 million project currently under construction at the southeast corner of Allen Parkway and Gillette Street. The developments are slated to open this fall and early 2024.
Meduza Mediterrania will claim just over 9,700-square-feet on the building’s top floor. The almost 300-seat restaurant will feature a rooftop patio. Design details will include breathtaking plant, water and fire elements. The welcoming atmosphere will transport guests to the sunlit shores, pristine waters, and vibrant culture of the Mediterranean, enriched by worldwide inspirations. Every facet, from the ambient temperature and surroundings to the sound, lighting, and overall mood, will be meticulously curated to ensure each moment radiates awe, elegance, and authenticity.
